Lonny H. Dolin
Contact LonnyLonny Dolin brings extensive experience to the firm in employment-based litigation and ERISA enforcement law. She was one of the first attorneys in Rochester to dedicate her practice to representing employees in the workplace. In her 25-year career, she has successfully litigated a wide variety of employment claims involving alleged employment discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of contract, and contract enforcement. Ms. Dolin, one of the founding partners of Dolin, Thomas & Solomon LLP, boasts extensive courtroom experience in both state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. She has litigated high profile cases involving verdicts of more than $1 million. Before dedicating herself to representing individuals, she also represented corporations, in one case obtaining the dismissal of a lawsuit seeking more than $50 million in damages.
Ms. Dolin, renowned for crafting creative dispute resolutions, also advises clients on non-litigation matters, such as negotiating severance agreements, employment contracts and covenants not to compete. She is an active member of the American Bar Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association and has published numerous articles and papers on labor and employment law.

Lonny, who is an active member of the United Way of Rochester, previously served as a member of the Board of Directors for a number of community organizations including Compeer, the Rochester Hearing and Speech Center and the Monroe County Lupus Association. She also served for seven years on the Pittsford Zoning Board of Appeals.
