www.eeoc.gov The website for the federal agency responsible for investigating discrimination based on gender, race, age, medical condition, religion and national origin.

www.dhr.state.ny.us Information on discrimation laws enforced by the State of New York. The State agency and the EEOC enforce similiar statutes. Although this and the EEOC site contain helpful information about the statutes, you need to understand the legal consequences of filing with either agency.
