Cristina A. Douglass
Contact CristinaCristina Douglass is a 2005 cum laude graduate of the University at Buffalo Law School. While in law school, Ms. Douglass focused on labor and employment law, earning a certificate of concentration in that area.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Douglass worked as a paralegal in the Investment Management Practice in the New York City office of Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Immediately preceding law school, Ms. Douglass also worked as a paralegal for Dolin, Thomas & Solomon LLP.
Ms. Douglass joined the firm as an associate in September 2005. She has since gained experience in several areas of employment law including discrimination, sexual harassment, ERISA, FMLA, and FLSA claims.
